1) Feeding through the wire coil and discharging through the weft

product. Screen size touch screen input, and can set a variety of
weft wire spacing on the same screen, convenient and flexible.

4) Network cutting mode, adopt high speed automatic network cutting
5) Helical gear reducer: in order to ensure the operation of the
equipment under high load, K series helical gear reducer with large
torque bearing force is adopted, and the external installation
ensures the characteristics of easy maintenance.
6) The main motor is equipped with delta VE high-end frequency
converter +PG card, which makes the acceleration and deceleration
time of the main motor from 0 to 1500r/min 0.02s, and can run at
200% torque at zero speed, ensuring the quick response ability of
the equipment. (motor with Autonics encoder)
7) Japan SMC cylinder control weft wire pat wire alignment, weft
wire blanking, pull the net back to lift the net, and equipped with
SMC oil and water separator.
8) Simple operation, all the parameters of the device can be set on
the touch screen, and the switch machine has only one automatic
operation button. When the equipment fails, it will be displayed on
the touch screen (HMI) to facilitate the maintenance of the

The whole line is composed of the following devices:

1. Main Welding Machine
1) For our this machine, the line wire feeding from coil
automaticly, which is more convinient and save the workers quantiy.
2) The transfomer is our new model and with water cooling system,
which makes the using life longer.
3) Our welding pressure adopts mechanical spring, which save the
cost and Maintenance cost is lower than other pneumatic model.
4) The cross wire is feeding from pre-cut, which adopts step motor
droven. And the cross wire will fall one by one.
5) Every transformer is controlled by single microcomputer control,
cent-control welding one time pressure, which is more
intelligentialized. The controller will connect with the touch
screen, and we can set the welding current and welding time on the
touch screen, which is very convenient.
6) The cross wire testing devices are equiped. Whe the cross wire
can’t suitably fall down, the machine will stop.
1) Before the line wire feeding into the welding machine, it will
go through the line wire straighter, which will makes the line wire
good straighteness and good finished mesh quality.
2) Our wire payoff can load max 400KGS.
3. Servo Motor PLC pulling system
1) Our PLC pulling system adopts servo motor with big power 3.0KW
system, which ensure the mesh size more accurate.
2) The pulling trolley will reciprocatingly pull the welded mesh
out automaticly. And the trolley will return to original point
automaticly, which can save the time and improve the production.
3) The cross wire spacing will be set on the touch screen, which
will makes operation more easy. In one mesh panel, it can have
different cross wire spacing.
4. Precise mesh cutting machine
1) After the mesh is pull out, the cutting machine will cut it to
length required automaticly.
2) Our this cutting machine is the precious model, which makes the
cutting size more accurate and the speed more quick.
5. Control System
1) Adopts PLC ,screen touch control system.
2) For our control system, every function structure is provided
with the fault detection device and automatic alarm stop function.
3) Every operation parameters will be set on the touch screen,
which is more convinient.
4) About the control system brand choice, after our many times
trial, we choose the most suitable for our machine. The big brands
are not necessarily the best, the most suitable.
