LSW series longitudinal seam welding machine is the standard
equipment of our company. It adopts the key clamp device to support
uniform and stable holds and cooling effect, which removes the
surplus heat through welding seam, in order to reduce the warping
and distortion of workpiece. We can weld either at one side or two
sides and assure perfect welding quality.
Such clamp is fixed on the top of the base, symmetrical, making the
air-bag expand. Top pressure lever device brings the key plate
pressure as much as 30Kg/c㎡. Furthermore, distance between
right-left plates is adjustable according to seam requirements to
meet different seam width.
Mandrel is designed as different diameters based on different seam
lengths to make sure its hardness. A certain width conductive
copper pad is mounted on the top of the mandrel. We can process the
socket deformed negatively along the central axis of copper pad.
Many mini holes inside, distributed equidistant,to protect the gas.
Vertical height of the mandrel is adjustable by screw to meet
different welding requirements.
Track, driven by DC motor, settled on the beam moves as constant
speed by Taiwan Hiwin liner guides&precise rack, in order to
meet different welding requirements.We can control or adjust the
welding stroke through photoelectric switch. The cross carriage on
track can be adjusted at all directions. Automatically pneumatic
feeding device on sliding guide is able to realize
It adopts PLC programme control with advanced man-machine operating
interface, providing stable and reliable function.

1. Workpiece material: Q235 steel plate or stainless plate, and

1) For butt welding of cylindrical workpieces.
2) Welding seam should be smooth,flat and no obvious deformation
existing. One side welding while two sides deformation. The same
intension at both welding seam and the body itself.
3) Welding mode: Argon-arc welding, TIG or CO2 gas-shield welding.
